Subscription Management

Your subscription determines which features you have access to. Link Controller offers flexible subscription tiers configured by administrators to match your needs.

Viewing Your Subscription

Navigate to Settings → Subscription to view:

✓ Your current tier and pricing
✓ Included features for your plan
✓ Subscription status and renewal date
✓ Available plans and upgrade options

Subscription Status

Active

Full access to your tier features

Canceled

Access until expiration date

Expired

No feature access (data preserved)

Available Tiers

Subscription tiers are configured by administrators and may include:

Name: Pro Package

Pricing: $49/month or $490/year (save $98)

Features: Link Management, Featured Offers, Analytics & Reporting

Automatic Synchronization

Your subscription status is automatically synchronized when:

✓ You purchase a new subscription - Creates user account and grants feature access
✓ Your subscription renews - Updates expiration date automatically
⚠️ You request a refund or cancellation - Deactivates subscription and features

Data Preservation: Your links, offers, and data are always preserved, even if your subscription expires. Renewing restores full access immediately.

Billing Management

Subscriptions are managed through our payment provider. Your subscription status is automatically synchronized with Link Controller.

Upgrading or Switching Plans

Visit Settings → Subscription from the dashboard
Review available tiers and their features
Click Get Started (new subscribers) or Switch Plan (existing subscribers)
Complete payment through the payment provider
Your subscription updates automatically
New features are available immediately

If a tier shows "Coming Soon", payment setup for that tier is pending. Contact support for more information.

Managing Your Billing

For recurring subscriptions, you can manage billing details through your payment provider:

→ Click Manage Billing button on subscription page
→ You'll be redirected to the payment provider's member area
→ Update payment method, view invoices, or cancel subscription

Note: Lifetime subscriptions do not have a billing management option as they are one-time purchases.

Link Controller offers 12 professionally designed themes across 4 categories to suit your preferences and style.

Changing Your Theme

Navigate to Settings → Appearance
Browse themes organized by category
Click on any theme card to preview and apply it
Your preference is saved automatically and syncs across all devices

Quick Tip: Use the Dark Mode toggle in the navbar for quick light/dark switching!

Profile & Security

Manage your personal information, security settings, and preferences from your account settings.

Profile Information

Access: Settings → Profile

• Update your name
• Change email address
• View account creation date
• Show onboarding checklist again

Password Settings

Access: Settings → Password

• Change your password
• Requires current password
• Minimum 8 characters
• Must confirm new password

Two-Factor Authentication

Access: Settings → Two-Factor

• Enable 2FA for extra security
• Scan QR code with authenticator app
• Generate recovery codes
• Disable 2FA if needed

Appearance Settings

Access: Settings → Appearance

• Choose from 12 themes
• Browse by category
• Changes apply immediately
• Syncs across all devices
