- Files on AWS S3 (redirects, images, offers) are permanently deleted
- Your account information remains for login and subscription history
- Activity logs are retained for audit purposes
7.3 Account Deletion
If you request complete account deletion, we will immediately:
- Delete all your data from our servers
- Remove all files from AWS S3 storage
- Delete your hosted service deployments
- Anonymize or delete your personal information
- Remove your account within 30 days
We may retain certain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud.
7.4 Data Exports
You can export your data at any time while your account is active or during the 30-day grace period:
- Links: Export as CSV with all entries and settings
- Offers: Export as ZIP file with images and configurations
- Analytics: Export click logs and reports as CSV

7.5 Reactivation
If you reactivate your subscription within 90 days of cancellation, all your data will be immediately restored with full access. After 90 days, data cannot be recovered.
